Suck your cheeks in and pucker your lips out and hold for 10 seconds then release. Do this 10 or 15 times.
- Chin lift:
Fill your head back and stretch your neck as much as you can now try pulling your lower lip over your upper lip and smile wide. Hold this pose for 10 seconds and release. Do this 10 times to reduce our double chin.
