Delicious egg recipe: For many of us, breakfast is synonymous with bread, eggs, toasts, cereals and paratha. But at the weekend or on your workday you want to change the taste of the tongue by trying something new. Instead of having the same usual omelet, try something new, something new with egg. Here we have shared the yummy and yet delicious egg dishes that can be prepared in a couple of minutes.

Ingredients you need: 

2 – Onions, finely chopped

6 – Tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup – Boiled mashed potatoes

3 tbsp – Oil

Salt as per taste

1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder

1 tsp – Red chilli powder

3 tsp – Sugar

Some chopped coriander

3 – Eggs

Method

*Take two onions and chop them finely.

* Now sauté the onions in oil till they turn translucent.

* Then add turmeric and chilli powder to it.

* Mix them well and add the tomatoes, salt and sugar to it.

*Cook it till they become soft. Add boiled mashed potatoes and coriander to the mixture.

*Now, make three dents in the tomato base and crack the eggs in all of them. Cover and let it cook.

* Finally, serve hot with roti or toast.
