Use it to rescue from hair fall
To get better results you are advised to massage your hair with amla oil. Amla and its oil are rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, phytonutrients, etc. which helps in increasing the better circulation of blood in the scalp. It provides oxygen and nourishment to the hair follicles and put a full stop to hair fall.
For hair growth
Fatty acids present in amla helps in making the hair softer and voluminous. It can also promote hair growth owing to its rich iron and carotene content. You can also mix the amla powder with herbal ingredients like reetha and shikakai. Make a thick paste and apply it on your hair and after some time wash it with a mild shampoo.
Amla juice for hair
You can use the amla juice to make your hair stronger. To make a juice you need to squeeze fresh lemon to amla juice to prepare a hair tonic. Apply it on your scalp with your fingers and massage gently. Leave it for an hour and wash it with a mild shampoo.
