1tsp – Cumin seeds or jeera

1 tsp – Rock sugar or mishri

Method

*Soak one teaspoon of cumin seeds and mishri overnight. Next morning as first thing, strain the mixture and drink the water.

Lemongrass

Lemongrass is a great herb to fight dehydration. It also treats indigestion, improves gut function, and cools the body.

Avoid drinking

Alcoholic drinks are very much dehydrating in nature and can lead to dehydration. If you cannot avoid alcohol, drink plenty of water along with drinks.

Avoid refrigerated water

Refrigerated water hampers digestion.
