Not all of us have access to fresh giloy, so we consume it in the form of tablets that are easily available in the market. Adults should consume two tablets a day, while children between the age of five to ten should have half to one tablet a day.
And if you can get the fresh giloy, then you are advised to take a finger log stem of giloy and wash it properly. After washing boil it in two glasses of water, boil it till the water becomes half the quantity. Then drink it as lukewarm, you can have one glass of giloy in a day.
