How To Make Healthy And Yet Delcious Banana Oat Pancake At Home

If you wish you have a gluten free pancake then nothing can be better than the Banana Oat Pancakes. Banana Oat Pancake is not only light but also fluffy, and perfectly sweet.

Healthy Banana Pancakes are delicious when topped with a bit of pure maple syrup, a drizzle of homemade chocolate syrup, and with some simple fresh sliced fruit.


  • Eggs
  • Gluten Free Oats–quick cooking or regular old fashioned oats both work
  • Milk–dairy or non-dairy
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Baking Powder
  • Maple Syrup
  • Bananas–The riper the bananas, the sweeter these oat pancakes will be naturally.

How you can make them. 


In a blender add eggs, milk, and vanilla and blend the batter properly.

Next add cinnamon, baking powder and oats to it.

Now, add 2 ripe bananas, cut into chunks, into it.

Blend all of them till the batter is fully incorporated and smooth.


Preheat a frying pan to medium heat.

Grease the pan with coconut oil or butter.

Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter onto the heated pan.

Cook till small bubbles form for about 4 minutes.

Flip the pancake and cook on the other side.


The pancake is all set to serve, they are perfectly sweet served alone, but also delicious when served with maple syrup or a smear of nut butter.
