1. Have a Mindful Morning
While working from home, it is important to take proper care of your health. You should practice a self-care routine from the moment you get out of bed. You can practice gentle yoga, a short meditation and some positive visualisation. Part of morning mindfulness is slowing down to nourish your body.
2. Take a Midday Break
When you get so busy with your to-do-lists your responsibilities take a real break and can make you feel like a luxury, but its more about satisfying your hunger pangs. You should not skip your lunch and should have a proper midday break. You can use your midday break to nourish both your body and your mind! Enjoy having some wholesome lunch or smoothie. A handful of walnuts adds a supercharge to your meals.
3. Wind Down Well
After completing all your work, you are advised to wind down well. You can catch up on your favourite shows in the evening or recap what happened on social media, but get yourself some screen-free fun for a few hours. Indeed, you should do something that puts you in the present moment, like playing with a pet, doing a puzzle, taking a bath, or journaling. As you relax and unwind, try to use positive self-talk and uplifting language in your mental dialogue.
