Yes, you can colour your hair easily at home with the help of alum, which is mainly a chemical compound found in many minerals. It can be easily purchased in the market. You can use to colour your grey hair turn black. Just grind some alum powder and make a paste using some rose water. Apply this paste on the hair and let it dry, after that rinse with water. Try this every alternate day, for not less than two weeks, and you will see the results.
Can be used after hair removal
After you remove unwanted hair from the skin, alum helps soothe the skin. Moreover, you can add one tablespoon of alum powder with one tablespoon of rose water. Make a paste, and after removing the hair using either waxing or shaving, apply the paste on the area. Let it work for 10 minutes and then wash it off. Alum is known to soothe skin inflammation and great relief.
