Mexican dish always resembles tacos or quesadillas, which are very spicy and filled with cheese. The combination of the two becomes more delicious with its every bite which is low on carbs and high on taste! Today here we have shared an easy recipe of mexican quesadillas which can be prepared in just 15 minutes and the great thing is it just need few ingredients.
All you need to make mexican quesadillas:
150 g – Almond flour
6 g – Xanthan gum
2 g – Baking powder
Salt, to taste
1 – Medium-sized egg
1 cup – Shredded cheddar cheese
Method to make mexican quesadillas
*Take a bowl, and add almond flour, xanthan gum powder, baking powder and salt to taste to it.
*Whisk the ingredients and add a egg to the mixture, further add 2-4 tablespoons of water and combine the mixture till it gets a crumble-like texture.
*With the help of your hands knead the dough and make small balls. And spread the parchment sheet and place a dough ball to it and flatten it using a rolling pin.
*Place a flat pan add flat circular tortillas and cook them. Tortillas cook really very quick in 30 60 seconds.
*Now, slowly add the shredded cheddar cheese in between the two tortillas and cook them until the cheese gets melt.
*Now, transfer the quesadillas to a flat slab and cut it into four slices.
*These mexican quesadillas are super cheesy and you won’t be able to get enough of it!
