Whereas an equivalent study says, the Mediterranean diet is related to a lower risk of cognitive impairment but not a slow decline within the cognitive function.
Another study conducted for nearly 10 years found that folks who adhered closest to the Mediterranean diet enjoyed the very best cognitive function throughout the observational study.
