140 g – Self-rising flour
140 g – Plain yoghurt or curd
Oil for frying
Methods for making mini doughnuts
*In a small bowl, add self-rising flour and plain yoghurt, mix them well using spatula.
*Now, transfer the mixture to a flat surface and knead a dough. Once you are done, spread the cellophane sheet and brush some oil or butter to it.
* Now cover the dough with the sheet and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
* Now, dust some flour and lay the dough flat. Take a glass or a doughnut cutter and cut the dough into circular shapes Then make a hole in the middle of the dough to design it like doughnut.
*Finally, take pan and pour some oil to it. Deep fry the doughnuts. Allow them to cool down, dip them in chocolate ganache or enjoy it with maple syrup.
