Ways to consume walnuts
*Roasted walnut is consumed daily to improve the physical strength of the body and can be used to treat the patient suffering from illness and or weakness of the muscles.
*Add powdered and seived walnut in a milk to get a paste like consistency. Apply it on the face and leave it for 10 minutes. This enhances the skin and gives you glowing skin.
*Decoction prepared from the bark of the walnut tree is used for gargle and to treat gingivitis and other dental issues.
*Sautee walnut in an oil and add sugar to taste.
*Dried walnut bark can be easily powdered and mixed with a pinch of clove and used as a tooth powder to cure dental issues.
